500 Internal Server Error

If you have visited your web site and you're receiving the "500 - Internal Server Error" message, this is most likely due to the incorrect uploading/setup of your scripts.

Please check the following:

  • 1. Ensure that you do not have any "php_value" variables inside of the .htaccess file. It is also recommended that you double check all your coding inside of the .htaccess file that may prevent the server from interpreting codes incorrectly, causing the Internal Server Error.
  • 2. Ensure that all PHP scripts/files and directories have the permissions set to 755.

If you have done the above, and are still having an issue. Please submit a trouble ticket to our support team.
