Since we do incur costs on domain names, we are unable to provide refunds -- you will continue to own the domain name whether you remain a customer of HostMDS or not. If you decide to cancel within the first 30-days, you will receive a full refund. If you decide to cancel after the first 30-days, you will receive a pro-rated refund. Both instances are less any setup fees, domain registration or transfer costs.
